About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Operations team at our Western Sydney Service Centre in Erskine Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks throughout your shift, including operating machinery, equipment troubleshooting, plant setups and isolations, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to a safe working environment
  • Review and report on the performance and condition of equipment
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency of equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams about plant and equipment issues
  • Learn to operate overhead cranes with training
