We're looking for a talented and motivated Team Member to join our Operations team at our Western Sydney Service Centre in Erskine Park. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and contributing to the success of our business.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Team Member who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with our latest paint line, featuring modern equipment and automated processes, and contribute to exceeding our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform maintenance tasks
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Contribute to a safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols
