Job Opportunity

BlueScope is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Operations team at our Western Sydney Service Centre. As a Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our paint line, working with premium COLORBOND products and contributing to exceeding our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment, troubleshooting issues and performing plant setups and isolations
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve equipment efficiency and resolve plant and equipment issues
  • Learn to operate overhead cranes with training
  • Contribute to a safe working environment, reviewing and reporting on equipment performance and condition
