About the Role

Techtronic Industries is a global leader in quality consumer and professional products, serving the home improvement and construction industries. We're seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage demand inputs and system health for baseline forecast generation
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Account managers for account intelligence
  • Accurately input product lifecycle information and manage key customer collaboration
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities to the plan, including costed S&OP input
  • Coordinate the handover process between S&OP and S&OE
  • Facilitate the portfolio management process and provide key outputs for decision making
  • Coordinate the budget volume build by Business Unit
  • Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the demand and overall supply chain process
Key Objectives
  • Deliver the Demand and Portfolio processes within S&OP for BU
  • Improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast overrides
  • Enhance service metrics as defined by the S&OP process
  • Reduce Working Capital (Inventory) and improve forecast accuracy to suppliers
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L relationships
  • 3+ years of Demand planning experience in Tier 1 or 2 companies
  • Proficiency in Demand system platforms and MS Office suite
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with experience in external and internal collaboration
  • Strong project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups
