Job Title: Demand Planner

At Techtronic Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by analyzing and forecasting demand for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage demand inputs and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Account managers to gain account intelligence
  • Provide accurate product lifecycle input and manage key customer collaboration
  • Manage risks and opportunities to the plan and coordinate the handover process between S&OP and S&OE
  • Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve the demand and overall supply chain process
Key Objectives:
  • Delivery of the Demand and Portfolio processes within S&OP for BU
  • Improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast overrides
  • Enhance service metrics and working capital (inventory) performance
Requirements:
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L relationships
  • 3+ years of experience in Demand planning discipline in Tier 1 or 2 companies
  • Proficiency in Demand system platforms and MS Office suite
  • Strong project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups
