Logistics Coordinator

At Techtronic Industries, a world-class leader in quality consumer and professional products, we are seeking a Demand Planner to join our team.
This role is part of our ongoing company-wide commitment to cordless technology, innovation, and strong customer partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with our Interim Demand and Supply Lead to manage demand inputs, system health for baseline forecast, and accurate product lifecycle input.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage demand inputs and system health for baseline forecast.
- Collaborate with Business Unit Account managers to gather account intelligence.
- Accurately input product lifecycle information, including new product, transition, and deletion.
- Collaborate with key customers to align assumptions.
- Manage risks and opportunities to the plan, including costed S&OP input.
- Coordinate the handover process between S&OP and S&OE.
- Coordinate the S&OP Demand process for the Business Unit.
- Facilitate the portfolio management process and provide key outputs for decision making.
- Coordinate the budget volume build by Business Unit.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve the demand and overall supply chain process.
- Responsible for professional growth through formal training opportunities, peer to peer learning, and self-development.
Key objectives include:
- Delivery of the Demand and Portfolio processes within S&OP for BU.
- YOY reduction of forecast overrides.
- Service metrics as defined by the S&OP process.
- Working Capital (Inventory) – SS reduction.
- Forecast accuracy to supplier.
- Deliver CI programs to enhance numerical metrics.
Required skills and experience include:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L relationships.
- 3+ years of Demand planning discipline in Tier 1 or 2 companies.
- 3+ years of managing the Demand process in an S&OP or IBP environment.
- 3+ years of proficiency in Demand system platforms.
- Demonstrated customer focus.
- Demonstrated delivery of CI to improve demand outcomes.
- Product portfolio administration experience.
- Experience in External and Internal collaboration.
- Demonstrated strong influencing and communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel mandatory).
- Strong project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups.
