Demand Planning Specialist

At Techtronic Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by analyzing and forecasting demand for our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage demand inputs and ensure accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with Business Unit Account managers to gain account intelligence
- Provide accurate product lifecycle input and manage key customer collaboration
- Manage risks and opportunities to the plan and coordinate the handover process between S&OP and S&OE
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve the demand and overall supply chain process
- Delivery of the Demand and Portfolio processes within S&OP for BU
- Improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast overrides
- Enhance service metrics and working capital (inventory) performance
- Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L relationships
- 3+ years of experience in Demand planning discipline in Tier 1 or 2 companies
- Proficiency in Demand system platforms and MS Office suite
- Strong influencing communication and project management skills
