Job Role:

The Senior Board Advisor will provide strategic guidance and support to boards and committees, ensuring effective governance and connectivity across various bodies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating administrative functions, policies, and processes for boards and committees
  • Facilitating interactions between boards, committees, and supporting decision-making processes
  • Undertaking research, analysis, and synthesis of information to support boards, committees, and decision-making
  • Applying analytical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills in dealing with complex issues in a high-volume work environment
  • Supporting boards and committees to work cohesively through strong accountability for performance and efficient provision of advice

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience working with boards and committees
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume work environment

Working Conditions:

The role is based in Sydney CBD and involves hybrid working arrangements (2-3 days in office). The initial contract duration is till end December '25, with the possibility of extension.
