About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor at our Elizabeth branch. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage transactional and savings needs for customers
  • Connect customers with specialists when required
  • Proactively engage with customers via phone or email

Requirements

  • Sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Numerical skills with proficiency in handling cash and accuracy in financial transactions
  • Customer service experience in a customer-facing role
  • An energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping people
  • Resilience in managing challenging situations or difficult customers
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues to support branch goals and deliver outstanding service
  • Adaptability in learning and adapting to new banking procedures and technologies
