We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Consultant. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our members.
As a Member Service Consultant, you will be the face of our business for our members, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals. You will be empowered to have meaningful conversations with our members, understanding their financial position, goals, and aspirations, and helping them to align our products and services to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members
- Build strong relationships with our members and understand their financial needs
- Help members to align our products and services to their needs
- Support members to use our digital services
- Identify opportunities to promote our products and services
- Refer members to our loan specialists
