Job Summary:
">- To manage logistics, distribution, and supply chain initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
- Ensure compliance with 4PL standards including customers, distribution, inventory, supply planning, and logistics.
- Develop demand planning processes to maintain forecast accuracy and stock optimization.
- Implement operational strategies for new product launches, regulatory changes, and distribution improvements.
- Lead Supply Chain Operations Processes (SCOP) and identify risks/opportunities to drive business performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through digital transformation projects and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Align supply chain operations with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic supply chain policies that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and be part of a transparent, feedback-driven, and professionally developing culture.
Requirements:
">- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce (professional certification preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in a global commercial or pharmaceutical supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP compliance, SAP, and demand planning systems is desired.
Essential Requirements:
