Front Desk Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our front desk operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:">
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive in the foyer
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated advanced level of customer service, problem solving and budgeting
