We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome members and guests with a warm welcome and farewell.
  • Provide information on facilities, offers, and promotions.
  • Promote and process memberships, renewals, and loyalty programs.
  • Manage bookings using the booking system.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Handle cash, EFTPOS, and membership transactions securely and accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant reception software and systems.
  • Monitor patron safety and report concerns to management or security.
  • Support a clean, tidy, and professional front desk area.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, anti-money laundering, WH&S, and other policies.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. They must be able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment with attention to detail.
