**Job Summary:**
">As a front desk associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests and residents at our resort. You will provide directions and information about property amenities, services, and hours of operation. You will also assist with guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
">**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents;
- Answer phone calls and respond to messages in a timely manner;
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes;
- Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the guest stay;
- Maintain accurate records and reports;
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- No prior work experience necessary;
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
