About the Role

As a Receptionist, Client Services Coordinator, Corporate Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Administrator, Office Manager, or Practice Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Managing client relationships and communication
  • Assisting with financial tasks and data entry
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of accounting software and systems
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an accounting or financial practice
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and accounting software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
