We are seeking experienced and skilled professionals to join our clients' teams in various accounting roles across Melbourne.
About the Role
As a Receptionist, Client Services Coordinator, Corporate Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Administrator, Office Manager, or Practice Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Managing client relationships and communication
- Assisting with financial tasks and data entry
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of accounting software and systems
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an accounting or financial practice
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and accounting software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
