Our Corporate Secretarial Services team provides corporate secretarial and support services for organisations of all sizes. Our experienced staff specialise in company registrations, changes, trust deeds, and corporate structure searches.

We currently support over 2000 companies for our clients and offer a range of services to our BDO Connect Network throughout Australia.

About the Role

As a Corporate Secretarial Specialist, you will report to the Corporate Secretarial Senior Manager and Partner. Your tasks will include:

  • Preparing statutory documents, including annual reviews, officeholder changes, and financial reporting relief
  • Maintaining companies on BGL Corporate Affairs System (CAS360) and lodgement records
  • Assisting with company incorporations and trust establishment
  • Generating client invoices and communicating with authorities
  • Preparing draft correspondence and reviewing payments
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including filing and raising purchase orders

About You

  • Strong experience in corporate secretarial or corporate secretary roles
  • Experience in the Professional Services industry or similar
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with ASIC requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and BGL CAS 360 knowledge
