Project Lead

The Project Lead will be responsible for driving the execution of project implementation and delivery requests, ensuring timely completion with high quality in accordance with business and technical objectives.

  • Develops structured schedules, resourcing, and milestone project plans.
  • Sets and meets deadlines with quality deliverables, effectively adapting and modifying plans based on changing data or conditions.
  • Assists in planning to ensure projects track to resources, timeframes, and constraints.
  • Monitors open issues and negotiates impact decisions and trade-offs to guide issues within groups to resolution.
  • Manages multiple projects in varying sizes, ranging from 8 weeks to 12 months.
  • Facilitates impact analysis activities as required to manage changes to scope, time, and cost following standard Change Control processes.
  • Holds team members accountable for commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
  • Identifies and manages key program risks, proposing mitigation and contingency plans, and communicates to stakeholders and management.
  • Engages with external stakeholders.
  • Provides workable solutions to problems by analyzing trade-offs among alternatives and uses objective judgment to formulate recommendations.
  • Framing communication and discussions for the intended audience with context and line of sight.
  • Plans and manages project delivery activities using the MRI implementation framework.
