Job Title: Community Development Program Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Community Development Program Manager in a remote Indigenous community setting. The successful candidate will oversee the operations of the Community Development Program and lead a team of Community Development Site Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Community Development Site Managers across several locations.
  • Meet service delivery guidelines and reporting requirements to national agencies and senior management.
  • Support and manage community-based CDP programs and finances.
  • Collaborate with participants and communities to develop support strategies and ensure timely responses.

About You:

  • You should have relevant experience and qualifications in CDP or human services.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in senior management advisory roles are essential.
  • A proven ability to manage budgets and experience with federally funded programs would be advantageous.
  • A commitment to maintaining a robust workplace health and safety framework is required.
  • Ethical integrity in Community Development Service delivery is crucial.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel to remote Indigenous Communities will be required, with overnight stays.
