Drive Customer Satisfaction and Growth

As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth of key accounts in the APAC region. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute overall customer success strategies for the APAC region.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results for customers and the business.
  • Define and optimize key performance metrics to drive customer success.
  • Proactively identify and address high-risk customers, ensuring cross-functional alignment with internal teams and executive sponsors.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

This role requires a strong strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective customer success strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 8+ years in a senior leadership role within Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling customer success teams, driving satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with ability to develop and implement effective customer success strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence at all levels including executive/C-level.
