Job Overview

This is a 12-month parental leave cover for a Marketing Director position.

About the Role
  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives across product portfolios, including launches and retention programs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Digital teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Develop customer segmentation and personalisation strategies using data and AI.
  • Manage external vendor relationships and measure campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in retail banking customer marketing.
  • Deep expertise in CRM, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, portfolio growth and full-funnel marketing.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and fluency in customer data.
  • A growth mindset and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
