Workday HR Technology Specialist

This role focuses on helping customers maximize value from Workday by delivering services that support post go-live success and effective use of Workday HR technology.


About The Team

The Workday Success Plans Delivery Team ensures customers maximise value from Workday products through post go-live services, feature assessments, and deployments to support evolving business needs.


About The Role

We are seeking individuals who enjoy helping customers overcome HR technology challenges and drive high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include providing expert HR technology guidance, engaging with customers to drive successful feature adoption and value realization, and collaborating with a highly collaborative team to stay productive and showcase strengths.


  • Provide expert HR technology guidance focused on Absence and Time Tracking in Workday.
  • Engage with customers to drive successful feature adoption and value realization.

Responsibilities
  • Confidently and consistently provide excellent customer service.
  • Adapt and succeed independently in challenging situations.
  • Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulate product capabilities, and discuss design risks and benefits.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday configurations.
  • 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday Certification in HCM; Absence and Time Tracking are ideal.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with senior leaders.
  • Ability to lead design meetings toward collaborative outcomes.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
