As a seasoned Human Resource Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our organisation.
About the Role:This key position involves providing expert support to small business units across multiple HR initiatives. Working closely with Senior Leaders and Line leaders, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Human Resources solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support business units in developing and executing end-to-end HR strategies, aligned with organisational objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement, informing recommendations for enhanced HR processes and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies, programs, and practices that promote employee development, communication, compensation, benefits, HRIS management, diversity, equity, inclusion, psychosocial safety, employee relations, organisational planning, change management, and other HR services.
- Provide expert guidance and counsel to leaders on HR matters, ensuring alignment with organisational policies and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in junior HR Business Partnering or Advisory roles.
- Excellent consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR organisational policies and practices.
- Proven expertise in Generalist Human Resources best practice.
- Effective relationship management and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with Australian employment law landscape.
