This key position involves providing expert support to small business units across multiple HR initiatives.   • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in junior HR Business Partnering or Advisory roles.
  • Excellent consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR organisational policies and practices.
  • Proven expertise in Generalist Human Resources best practice.
  • Effective relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with Australian employment law landscape.
