Job Title: Head of Revenue Operations

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and operational excellence across our sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement revenue growth strategies
  • Develop and maintain reliable forecasting processes and ensure adherence to those processes
  • Support leadership in understanding pipeline, forecasts, and other key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in revenue operations leadership roles within SaaS or technology companies
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Exceptional strategic thinking combined with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong collaborative relationships
