Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service
    • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests
    • Anticipate and respond to guest needs in a prompt and courteous manner
    • Ensure guest confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Front Office Operations
    • Manage guest and hotel accounts accurately and efficiently
    • Process check-in and check-out procedures smoothly
    • Handle guest complaints in a positive and professional manner
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Provide food and beverage service to guests, including barista and bar service
    • Ensure high levels of food safety and presentation
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest requests are completed efficiently
    • Keep other team members informed of guest feedback and requirements

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Previous experience as a Receptionist in the hospitality industry is preferred
    • Experience in Hotel Front Office using OPERA Cloud would be an advantage
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • A passion for service excellence and fluent in the English language
    • Confident, vibrant, outgoing, and professional personality
    • Ability to multitask and complete several tasks at the same time
    • Immaculate presentation
    • Physically fit and able to complete a full shift on your feet
    • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
    • Must hold a current NSW RSA Certificate
