Senior Front Office Supervisor

Job Summary:
As a key member of the Mercure Penrith team, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading the Front Office and providing exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a natural leader with outstanding customer service skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a dedication to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day Front Office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service, encouraging a culture of excellence.
- Manage guest requests, resolve complaints, and provide proactive solutions.
- Develop and train team members to meet the highest standards.
- Ensure the hotel's health, safety, and security protocols are maintained.
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous Front Office experience in the hotel industry, with a focus on customer service and leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Operational knowledge of hotel software systems, preferably Opera Cloud.
- Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
