Workflow Transformation Specialist

As a key member of the Workflow Platform Crew, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our Group's Workflow strategy.
The Workflow Platform Crew is responsible for designing, delivering and operating the core hosting and functional capabilities to support the delivery of critical business processes across CBA. We are accountable for the delivery of the Group's Workflow Strategy, and we are committed to excellence in customer fulfilment, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Our vision is to enable a consistent and engaging customer and colleague experience across all lines of business. We aim to reimagine processes to enable fast, quality outcomes that exceed our customer's expectations using the power of data, AI, and integrated technology.
We are looking for a talented Product Owner who can help us achieve our goals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience providing technology platform or service-based channels, to both internal and external technology consumers and across the business domains.
Responsibilities:
- Accountability for the success of the Workflow strategy as it relates to excellence in delivery across the Group.
- Drive innovation and create a continuous feedback loop between Platform and Consumer in alignment of the product strategy.
- Mentor and support other Product Owners across the Crew working with Agility coaches and performance teams to drive continuous improvement across the PO chapter.
- Formulate hypotheses to validate customer problems and define clear learning objectives that will inform continuous improvement, product roadmap and prioritisation decisions.
- Identify, articulate, and manage risks and compliance across streams of work.
- Lead the squad day-to-day delivery and lifecycle activities.
- Take accountability for effective Incident, Problem management, and the reduction of Tech Debt across the product.
- Manage multiple senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure prioritisation is understood and agreed to.
