We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Front Desk Officer to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and reception functions, including scheduling meetings, documenting information, greeting guests, and responding to queries.
You will also be responsible for maintaining client and staff databases, ordering supplies, and assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters.
In addition, you will provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all internal and external customers, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate empathy and excellent communication skills, with a passion for putting customers first.
You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and have a flexible and team-oriented approach.
A driver's licence and access to a reliable car are also essential for this role.
