VIP Team Manager Job

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled VIP Team Manager to lead and manage our team of VIP Managers in providing exceptional service and tailored experiences to high-value clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of VIP Managers in cultivating relationships with high-value clients.
  • To provide guidance, support, and training to VIP Managers to deliver exceptional service.
  • To develop and implement sales strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
  • To collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • To monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • To provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance.
