**We are seeking bubbly, energetic, professional team players who display exceptional customer service to join our VIP Host team.**

The VIP Host is responsible for actively promoting and communicating the Clubs Loyalty Program and providing high quality service to the top tiers within the Regent Room and main gaming areas. As the VIP Host you will also facilitate and coordinate promotions, draws and events ensuring a strong rapport is built and maintained with loyalty program members. The role of VIP Host falls under the leadership of the Loyalty Manager whilst providing support to the Duty Manager and frontline operations team as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be an expert and understand our loyalty program, promotions and events.
- Make our members feel welcomed, comfortable & valued, leading to their increased interest in patronising our venue.
- Organising and hosting VIP events.
- Confidently resolving all complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of member information.
- Ensure our members enjoy a seamless stay underpinned by superior service.
- Liaise with the Loyalty Manager, Duty Manager and Senior Leadership Team passing on member feedback and other valuable information.
- Where required provide support across the gaming floor to all patrons to include beverage service calls, basic gaming machine maintenance and pay-outs.
- Dine with VIPs working within procedure and spend limits.
- Attend events as required by the business.
- Be available to commit to a rotating roster across 7 days of 10am - 6pm and 6pm - 2am shifts.

**Skills & experience**:

- Proven ability to foster relationships across a diverse range of cultures, gender & age demographics
- Possess strong interpersonal and verbal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving & conflict management skills
- Ability to remain tactful, resilient and professional in all situations
- Solid understanding of how gaming machines work and ability to fix minor technical issues - training provided
- Great time management skills ensuring member services are not delayed
- Possess a vibrant, amicable & enthusiastic attitude
- Maintain close relationships with all departments and ability to adapt to change as required by the organisation
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- Passion for delivering superior customer service (nothing is too difficult)
- Multilingual would be an advantage - Cantonese and Mandarin speaking
- RSA & RCG certified
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays
