Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as VIP Hosts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to promote and communicate the loyalty program effectively.

As a VIP Host, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating promotions, draws, and events while building strong relationships with loyalty program members. You will ensure seamless stays with superior service and provide exceptional support to patrons across the gaming floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an expert in our loyalty program, promotions, and events.
  • Make our members feel welcome, comfortable, and valued, increasing their interest in visiting our venue.
  • Organise and host VIP events.
  • Confidently resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of member information.
  • Ensure seamless stays with superior service.
  • Liaise with senior leadership and pass on member feedback.
  • Support patrons across the gaming floor as needed.
  • Dine with VIPs within procedure and spend limits.
  • Attend events as required by the business.

  • Possess passion for delivering superior customer service.
  • Hold RSA and RCG certifications.
