This fixed-term contract seeks a seasoned People & Culture Business Partner with expertise in managing daily HR operations across the employment lifecycle and leading collaborative HR teams.

The ideal candidate will provide guidance, support, and advice on recruitment, IR/ER matters, rewards, recognition, remuneration, benefits, and project work. They will also oversee HR compliance obligations, build the capability of front-line leaders, and generate relevant HR reports.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Prior experience managing a HR function
  • Senior HR practitioner experience across IR/ER matters
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
