Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert advice and support to our People & Culture team.

  • This role involves providing specialist ER/IR advice to senior leaders, HR practitioners, and stakeholders to resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • The successful candidate will have 5-8+ years of ER or employment law experience and be able to translate complex technical issues into pragmatic solutions.

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will work autonomously and proactively, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that support a safe and inclusive workplace.

You will also coach and upskill leaders and HR practitioners in employee relations issues, utilizing your strategic mindset to anticipate and address potential challenges.
