We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Administration team as an Administration Officer - Operations Support. This role is critical to ensuring our operational and functional teams are supported with various administrative, finance & payroll related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoicing and daily timesheet processing
- Raise and monitor purchase orders
- Provide administrative support to operational and functional teams
- Work closely with leadership team and onsite field resources
- Build rapport with a diverse range of individuals
Requirements
- Background in administration or data entry within a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ability to learn and navigate various application systems (JDE, Webtimes/Kronos, Kofax experience highly advantageous)
- Ability to work autonomously and with a solution-focused mindset
- Thought-provoking attitude and confidence to speak up
- Desire to work within a team environment
