Administrative Support Officer

About the Role
The Victorian Government seeks a highly skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join the Wodonga Adult Community Mental Health team. As a valued member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Program Manager and multi-disciplinary team, as well as deliver a range of reception, administrative, service monitoring and office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and team
- Deliver reception, administrative and service monitoring tasks
- Contribute to the effective operation of the Wodonga Adult Community Mental Health Service
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team
Requirements
- Highly professional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as a team member to achieve quality service outcomes
- Capacity to work under pressure with the ability to manage conflicting demands
