About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the Executive directorate of Albury Wodonga Health.
  • Assist with the preparation of agendas, minutes, and reports for high-level governance meetings.
  • Manage office administration tasks, including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, patients, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Office administration qualifications (Certificate IV as a minimum) or 5 years secretarial and administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated minute-taking and agenda-preparation experience for high-level governance meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-developed organisational and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of business and employee affairs.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the health industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
