About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the Executive directorate of Albury Wodonga Health.
- Assist with office administration, including minute taking and agenda preparation for high-level governance meetings.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the effective functioning of the Executive directorate.
