Receptionist Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to support our facilities team in this key position.
Your primary duties will include:
- Maintenance of real estate and facility services, including coordination and monitoring of monthly preventative maintenance requirements.
- Effective data entry into the Procurement payment system.
- Management of Concierge processes, encompassing building pass administration and daily liaison with contractors.
- Assistance with operational planning and locker allocation.
- Upkeep of stationery areas and kitchens to ensure a clean, safe, and tidy environment.
You may be required to work on an occasional basis as relief reception/concierge coverage.
This role is situated at our corporate site in Adelaide's CBD, reporting directly to the Senior Facility Manager and Client Service Manager.
