About the Role

GroupM is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As a key member of the APAC TA Cluster, you will be responsible for providing expert strategy planning, support, and delivery to GroupM's agency portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition plans to attract top talent for critical roles.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive high-caliber talent advisory and implement best practices in hiring.
  • Research and implement new ways of working, processes, and technologies to build the talent pipeline across each agency.
  • Guide leaders to take greater accountability for engaging talent and ensure a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with market, industry, and talent trends to inform recruitment strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a media or advertising background.
  • Proven track record of dealing with high volumes of roles and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive innovative talent attraction strategies and influence hiring decisions through data.
  • Strong solutions-driven, adaptable, and growth mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience and ability to build trusted relationships.
