Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to lead the implementation of our HRIS system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, configuring, testing, and deploying the system to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process of our HRIS system, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the HRIS meets organizational needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, system functionality, and optimization strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and support materials to ensure successful adoption and usage of the HRIS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the HRIS, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HRIS Implementation Specialist or similar role with a focus on HRIS implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS system functionality and capabilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in team settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and deliver impactful training sessions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
