About the Role:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process of our HRIS system, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the HRIS meets organizational needs.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, system functionality, and optimization strategies.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and support materials to ensure successful adoption and usage of the HRIS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the HRIS, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HRIS Implementation Specialist or similar role with a focus on HRIS system implementation.
- Strong understanding of HRIS system functionality and capabilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in team settings.
- Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and deliver impactful training sessions.
