As a Retail Property Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing our full Nando's property portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. This includes fostering relationships with landlords, managing lease renewals, and maintaining our portfolio in top condition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lease Renewals & Property Moves: Monitor leases expiring within the next 12 months, support restaurant openings, relocations, expansions and refurbishments, prepare site handover packs, collaborate on refurbishment plans and negotiate landlord approval.
- Property Management: Be the heart of property operations across our ANZ restaurants, build relationships with area managers and landlords, act as the primary point of contact for restaurant teams, work with facilities to ensure smooth operations, and coordinate approvals, manage landlord works and contributions.
The Skills to Succeed
A minimum of three years' experience in retail leasing or managing a portfolio is required, preferably in food or hospitality. Proficiency in lease terminology is essential, and experience with LeaseEagle and Monday.com is advantageous. Strong administrative skills are also necessary.
