**Job Opportunity**: As a Portfolio Management Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the acquisition, growth, and retention of high-quality customers. You'll collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to ensure seamless customer service, adherence to regulatory requirements, and efficient process management.

About This Role

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized portfolio that complies with all relevant policies and procedures. You will also oversee workflows across all compliance and customer satisfaction processes.

To excel in this role, it is essential to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer business needs, financial goals, and market trends. You will provide proactive solutions for account maintenance, customer inquiries, and relationship development. Additionally, you will support Relationship Managers in managing portfolios of key corporate customers.

Collaborating with Product Partners and other stakeholders is crucial in fulfilling customers' needs and delivering exceptional results. Engaging specialist teams when necessary will ensure successful outcomes and continued customer satisfaction.
