Job Title: Portfolio Development Specialist

The role involves working with Senior Asset Managers on a national portfolio, actively monitoring property investment markets and identifying opportunities for acquisition or disposal.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor property investment markets to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Assist in leasing activity including financial analysis and reporting
  • Conduct research to provide support to the Investment Committee on strategic decisions
  • Oversee valuations and review statutory valuations to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with asset management for portfolios to optimize returns

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Property or similar, strong understanding of property valuation concepts, exposure to leasing and asset management activities, and excellent communication skills.
