Performance Marketing Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Performance Marketing strategies to drive business growth across multiple brands.
  • Oversee paid digital media channels, focusing on search engine marketing, display advertising, social media, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising on platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Optimize existing channel performance, introduce new channels, and regularly report on campaign results to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in retail or media agency environments.
  • A proven track record of implementing successful integrated Performance Marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Performance marketing technologies and excellent technical knowledge of digital technologies and reporting platforms.
  • Ability to manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives effectively.
