Graduate Program Overview

The Graduate Agronomist role is a Permanent (Specialised) Graduate position within our Citrus category with a focus on Pest and Disease management.

As a graduate in this capacity, you will commence your career with a dedicated set of responsibilities, under the guidance and mentorship of experienced colleagues and leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting crops for signs of pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress
  • Monitoring climate factors that influence pest and disease outbreaks
  • Collecting and analysing data on crop performance and yield
  • Submitting reports to supervisors or growers with clear recommendations

About You

To qualify for this position, you must:

  • Be in your final year or recently finished a bachelor's or postgraduate degree relevant to this position
  • Hold a valid driver's licence and own personal reliable transport with relevant insurances
  • Be willing to travel and work in different sites from time to time
  • Be ready, willing, and available to commence the Graduate Program
  • Have full working rights in the country where we operate
