Crop Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as an Agronomist.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where they will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of crops, monitoring climate factors, and collecting and analyzing data on crop performance and yield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about horticulture and wants to develop their skills and knowledge in a cutting-edge industry.
Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections of crops to identify signs of pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress.
- Monitor climate factors such as humidity and temperature to identify potential risks to crop health.
- Collect and analyze data on crop performance and yield to inform decision-making.
- Submit reports to supervisors or growers with clear recommendations for improving crop health and productivity.
- Work closely with farm managers, horticulturists, agronomists, and pest control advisors to implement broader agronomy programs and innovation projects.
- Be in your final year or recently finished a bachelor's or postgraduate degree relevant to this position.
- Hold a valid driver's license (or will obtain by commencement date).
- Have your own personal reliable transport with relevant insurances.
- From time to time, be willing to travel and work in different sites.
- Be ready, willing, and available to commence the Graduate Program on February 9, 2026.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
