Business Analysis Opportunity

About The Role

We are seeking experienced and strategically minded Business Analysts to join our consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will lead business analysis efforts across end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with strategic client outcomes.

  • Develop comprehensive client-ready documents and deliver impactful presentations such as business cases, requirements documentation, process maps, and benefit realisation plans.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand complex business challenges and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Bring thought leadership to develop business and technical solutions to address client needs.
  • Work across multi-disciplinary functional teams.
  • Ensure high-quality client delivery, contributing to the development of business analysis frameworks and internal capability uplift.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead business analysis efforts across end-to-end project lifecycles.
  2. Develop comprehensive client-ready documents and deliver impactful presentations.
  3. Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand complex business challenges.
  4. Bring thought leadership to develop business and technical solutions.
  5. Work across multi-disciplinary functional teams.
  6. Ensure high-quality client delivery.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting or advisory environment.
  • Expert in requirements elicitation, process modelling, business case development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience within the Australian Public Service or broader government sector is highly desirable.
  • Australian Citizen with AGSVA Baseline or higher clearance preferred.
