Strategic Policy and Organisational Performance Advisor

- Strategic policy advice
- Organisational performance
We're seeking experienced professionals to join our workforce and contribute skills that will help us continue to deliver impactful outcomes.
You'll work with our high-performing team to deliver management consultancy projects for APS clients.
Key Responsibilities- Apply consulting methodologies to support project delivery
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, developing relationships
- Apply critical thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and problem-solving techniques
- Assist in implementing structured problem-solving techniques to policy and organisational challenges, support workshops and interviews
- Perform research work and data analysis, including contribution to project reporting and deliverables
The successful candidate must be an Australian citizen and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance or hold a current security clearance of an appropriate level.
