Job Title: Field Engineer L2

Job Overview:

  • Deliver expert level ICT support services both in person and virtually via email, phone, MS Teams etc.
  • Provide installation and break-fix services for software, desktop hardware, printers, and networking infrastructure.
  • ITIL V3 certified is preferred.
  • Maintain incident, problem, and risk management practices.
  • Log and update ITSM tickets and records diligently.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Microsoft M365 application suite, and legacy Microsoft applications.
  • Offer assistance with legacy and/or bespoke software platforms.
  • Perform regular moves, adds, and changes (MACs).

Key Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship is mandatory.
  • NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
