The Operations department comprises the Warehouse, Production, Prefabrication, and Purchasing teams. You will utilise your strong leadership skills to encourage, inspire, and motivate your team to focus on customer service excellence, widespread implementation of best practices, and cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Elevating team performance and cultivating a culture of excellence through strategic initiatives
  • Planning day-to-day activities and projects for the team while ensuring operational efficiency
  • Skilfully managing procurement and allocation of stock while maintaining quality and compliance
  • Overseeing the Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, and Prefabrication teams to drive business growth

We are looking for someone with broad Operations experience in manufacturing or production, LEAN methodologies/management expertise, budgeting and forecasting skills, and a leadership style that empowers people to do their best work.
